Bays No. 67-70, Sector 2, Panchkula – 134151. Special instructions: The prescribed essential qualification does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview. The Commission may short list the candidates for interview by holding a written examination or on the basis of a rationale criterion to be adopted by the Commission. The decision of the Commission in all matters relating to acceptance or rejection of an application, eligibility/ suitability of the candidates, mode of, and criterion for selection etc. will be final and binding on the candidates. No inquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Relaxation in Age: In the case of SC/ BC candidates, the upper age limit is relaxable as per Haryana Government Instruction. For Ex-servicemen candidates relaxation upto continuous military service added by three years is permissible. Reservation of Posts: Reservation will be as per Haryana Government instructions. The dependent sons of ESM who fulfil all combinations of qualifications, age etc. prescribed for posts will be considered on merit for the post reserved for ESM to the extent of non-availability of suitable ESM candidates. The children and the grand children of Freedom Fighters (DFF) would be considered to the extent mentioned in Haryana Government Letter No. 22/20/83-3GsIII, dated 26.7.1984. If the quota reserved for Ex-serviceman, remains unfilled due to non-availability of suitable Ex-servicemen or their dependents. ESM/ DESM candidates of Haryana claiming benefit will have to produce the fresh Eligibility Certificate from the Concerned Zila Sainik Board at the time of interview. Mere dependent certificate will not be entertained. ESM candidates should also produce that the time to interview attested photocopy of identity card issued by concerned Zila Sainik Board. None of the person below shall fall within the definition of word dependent of ex-servicemen in terms of Haryana government. Letter no. 12/37/79-GSIII, date 21.11.1980: (i) A person may be working on an hoc basis against the post advertised or somewhere else, (ii) A person may be unemployed at the time of making the application be he may have other source of income viz. from agriculture, trade, property, Bank Balance etc. (iii) A person who is a member of the joint Hindu family and remains dependent upon the Karta till there is partition in the family or he ceases to be a member of the joint Hindu family and is obliged to pass on all his income to the Karta and he draws money for his subsistence from the pool of the joint Hindu family with the consent of the Karta. (iv) A candidate who is a member of the joint Hindu family is employed on ad hoc basis but he is otherwise dependent on his father.

Notes: (i) The benefit of reservation will be given only to those SC/BC and ESM and outstanding sportsperson candidates who are domicile of Haryana state. The SC/BC candidates are required to submit SC/BC Certificate duly issued by the competent authority at eh time of interview. Likewise the Outstanding Sports Person shall be required to attach the sport graduation certificate with the application form as per Government Instruction duly issued by the competent authority. DESM shall be required to attach the fresh Eligibility certificate duly issued by the respective Zila Sainik board with the application form. (ii) Qualification will be determined with regard to the last date fixed for receipt of applications.

 

Assistant Research officer/ Assistant District Statistical officer/ Scrutiny Inspector/ Research Assistant Department: Economic & Statistical Adviser Haryana Qualifications: (i) Master’s degree with at least 50% marks in Economics or Agricultural Economics or mathematics or Commerce with Statistics as one of the papers either at the master’s level or if the candidate has also graduated in the Honours School in Mathematics or Economics, then with Statistics as one of the papers at B.A. Honours School level in these subjects or a Master’s degree with at least 50% marks in Statistics; OR Graduate with Economics or Mathematics or Agricultural Economics or Statistics or Commerce as one of the elective subjects. (ii) Three years experience of collection, compilation and interpretation of statistical data on the post of Statistical Assistant or Economic Investigator or Investigator or Inspector (National Sample Survey) in Government or a recognized university or Research institute or State (iii) Hindi upto Metric. Last Date: 5.6.07

Assistant Research Officer Department: Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes Eligibility: i) Master’s degree from a recognized University in Economics or Mathematics or Commerce or Agriculture Economics with statistics as one of the papers either at master’s level or at the B. A. Hons. school level in Mathematics or Master’s degree in Statistics. ii) One year experience in collection, compilation and analysis of Statistical data in some Government office. iii) Knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric standard. Age: 40 years Last date: 21.9.07.

District Welfare Officer Department: Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Department, Haryana. Qualification: (i) Master’s degree in Social work or Sociology or Economics. (ii) Five years field experience in the Development or Welfare Department of the Central or any State Government. (iii) Knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric standard.

Field Assistant Department: Economic & Statistical Adviser Haryana Qualifications: (i) Graduate with Economics or Agricultural Economics or Commerce or Statistics as one of the subjects. (ii) One year experience in collection of statistical data in some Government Office. (iii) Hindi upto Metric. Last Date: 5.6.07

Field Investigator Department: Town & Country Planning Eligibility: (i) Bachelor of Arts with one of the compulsory subject as Geography, Economics or Sociology (ii) Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric Standard. Age: 40 years Closing date: 27.3.09

Statistical Assistant Department: Employment Department Haryana Qualifications: (i) M.A. in Mathematics/ Economics with Statistics OR Graduate 2^nd class with Mathematics/ Economics/ Statistics with 3 years experience in collection interpretation, dissemination and complication of statistical data in a government office or a business concern. (ii)   Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric. Age: 17 - 40 years. Last Date:  10.2.09

Post: Statistical Assistant Department: Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board Qualifications: (i) Master degree in statistics or economics or mathematics or commerce with statistics as one of the papers; and (ii) Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric. Age 17-40. Last Date:  10.2.09

Post: Statistical Assistant Department: Health Eligibility: (i) Master degree from recognized University in Economics or Agricultural Economics or Mathematics or Commerce with Statistics or Operation research or Economics with Statistics as one paper in case of First four OR Second Division Graduate with two year’s diploma in Statistics. Post: Statistical Assistant/ Inspector (NSS) Investigator Department: Economics & Statistical Advisor Department Eligibility: i) Master’s degree from a recognised University in Economics or Agricultural Economics or Mathematics or Commerce with Statistics as one of the papers either at the Master’s level or if the candidate has also graduated in the Hons. School in Mathematics or Economics then with statistics as one of the papers at B. A. Honours School level in these subject (s) or Master’s Degree in Statistics, OR Graduate with Economics or Mathematics or Agricultural Economics or Statistics or Commerce as one of the elective subjects. ii) Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric Standard. Experience: In case of Master’s degree preference will be given to those possessing one year experience in Collection, Compilation and Analysis of Statistical data in some government office. In case of Graduates three years experience of Collection, compilation and Analysis of Statistical data in some Government office. Age:  22-40 years. Last Date: 7. 1.08

Post: Tehsil Welfare Officers  Department: Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes Eligibility: i) Graduate with Economics or Sociology as one of the subjects from recognized University or a Master in Social Work (M.S.W.) ii) Knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric standard. iii) Age 17-40 years. Last date: 21.9.2007.
